As a child I was inspired by my parent's creativity. I watched my Dad build our home and I was inspired to draw rudimentary floor plans, some of which I still have.

As a young adult, I worked with an architect and designer while in high school and then continued to follow my passion as I earned my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2001. In addition to obtaining my design degree, I also passed the NCIDQ test which allowed me to become a professional member of ASID and sets me apart from others in the industry. The completion of this rigorous test signifies the hallmark of professionalism in the interior design community and is evidence of a solid background and education in the field of interior design.

I gained my kitchen and bath remodel experience from several valuable sources. The first with tile and stone industry leader Ann Sacks where I learned everything about the vast market of tile, stone, and plumbing. I then joined high end residential design firm company kd where I expanded my knowledge regarding remodels and new construction working with top architects and contractors. In addition, I worked with one of Denver's most popular architectural firms Semple Brown. They are best known for their restoration of Denver's Larimer Square. I feel fortunate to have worked with some of Denver's most talented designers and architects. This has allowed me to obtain a unique foundation for my own design aspirations.

In the spring of 2004 I created Paradigm Interior Design. I specialize in creating interiors that are unique to my clients' lifestyle. I also love to show my clients how they can implement sustainable products into their home while maintaining their style and budget. Conserving our natural resources and using earth friendly products & practices have become a way of life for me and I believe interior design will continue to move in this direction.
